Barry was right on time. He first took a look at my current equipment and then we sat down and talked about a new HVAC system. He throughly explained everything and gave me quite an education as it has been many years since I purchased a new HVAC system. Barry was very professional and personable, a really nice guy. The cost estimate was emailed to me for review the next morning for review.

Amador did a thorough and courteous inspection, recommended replacement of capacitor, which I approved. I’m here all summer so I need an effective AC.
King was very professional and went right to work. He was very polite and respectful and wanted to make sure I was happy with how he did the installations. I was a little picky about where I needed the dining room light and he was very patient and responsive to my requests. He was also informative of how my lights worked and explained the different options I had for my outside light. I will definitely use Hyde again for my electrical needs.

Being on time, called before he was to arrive. Presentation ofself was excellent.
Performed cooling maintenance on American Standard. Platinum split system. Furnace is located in attic/access hallway. Replaced UV light and sell for air. Scrubber,. Cleared all electrical components of Dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts and amps, verified, refrigerant levels and line temperatures at CDA, took temperature, split, input dealer code at thermostat, no current/past error codes. Changed out filters located in ceiling cleared condensation line in washedcondensing coil. System is within manufacturer specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service
Executed a cooling maintenance on a package unit (technician notes). Cycled system in cooling. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. Temperature split 14°. Wash down condenser coil and cleaned motherboard of dirt and debris. Electrical components tested and functioning according to manufacture specifications. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.
Client not home ring doorbell and knocked on screen door office also called client no answer. Client will have to reschedule
Add a NEMA 14-50 R to existing J-box and wiring at range. Remove 2 florescent fixtures and rewire for 1 pendent light. Install owner supplied pendant light. Replace two duplex receptacles in kitchen with GFI receptacles.
2020 model check cooling and electrical components found capacitor reading 65 rated 70 decline replacing capacitor at this time client states would call desert air first that’s company she bought it from

Found system to have completely seized up condenser fan motor, informed financial advisor of other underlining issue and got approval for repair. removed existing 1/4HP 208–230V 825RPM and replaced with new, 1/4HP 208–230V 825 RPM motor with 5µF capacitor, remove the weeping valve and tested system. System has multiple issues and is 2005 American Standard with Coleman downflow furnace. Consulted with financial advisor and informed them would be more beneficial for a replacing system due to multiple breakdowns that have already occurred with the system. client would like to have telephone consultation about replacement.
Check cooling and electrical components found system low 2 pounds added refrigerant system cooling properly
Upon arrival system, calling for cool, but nothing turning on, upon further inspection, found system to be overheated verified by continuity test between windings, also found flat compressor saver kit informed client and got approval for needed repairs, installed new compressor saver kit and cooled down compressor for 20 minutes and tested. System is now cooling and operating properly. Informed caretaker it will take some time for home to cool down and to leave all doors open so the system can remove heat faster. Office to call client with new credit card to charge.
Comfort ac service on (2)2015 American standard platinum split system. Fau located inside attic, condenser on east side of home. Replaced filter, flushed condensation line and washed coils. Blew on electrical compartment. Checked cda for proper set up. Condensate termination point on east side of home by condensers. Recommended whole house surge protection.
Found bedroom duct pulling apart from TY.Reconnected ducts to TY using flex tape. Also spoke with client about high efficiency bar type registers .
Installed 1.5 ton American Standard ductless mini split for Casita.very hard installation and removed old equipment
