Completed a heating maintenance on an upflow gas furnace. Found blower wheel and evaporator coil inundated with dirt and debris. Client signed estimate to have both cleaned. Equipment executed the sequence of operation in heating with no carbon monoxide detected in the home. Took static pressure measurements and blower motor amp draw. Temperature heat rise documented. System is heating the home at the time of maintenance.

Performed a heating maintenance on a split heat pump. Air handler located in the attic. Checked static pressure measurements. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. 20° temperature split. System is servicing the home at the time of maintenance.
The work conducted involved the installation of a 4-ton American Standard Gold 17 upflow split heat pump system, as well as a 40-gallon water heater. This installation was carried out to enhance the heating and hot water capabilities of the customer’s premises, ensuring improved efficiency and comfort. Additionally, our technicians adhered to all operational protocols to guarantee a quality installation. We installed a 4ton Downflow gold with new low voltage wiring to both the condenser and the tstat.
Knocked on door and called tenant. Got a hold of JC rentals but we were not able to get a hold of the tenant. Tenant can reschedule.
Performed a heating maintenance on two split heat pumps. Replaced filters and cleared condensate drain line. Perform static pressure/blower motor amp draw testing. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. Both systems are servicing the home at the time of maintenance.

Checked blower amp draw and capacitors. Static pressure measurements. Opened coils to check for dirt and debris. Both systems are heating the home at the time of maintenance.
Performed annual maintenance on 2022 American standard heat pump split system. Change out 20x30 filter. 1050 checked operational finding no active alerts on system. Followed sequence of operations checked blower motor speeds, checked electrical components, and temperature rise. Cleared out condensation line to drain properly. Circuit board communicating properly. System is working properly at this time of service.
Installed new Accu clean head and transformer.
Arrived to install two quad outlets on two walls in the garage. Ran circuit from an existing GFCI outlet. Secured the MC cable with straps and extended the cable to both outlet locations.
Performed annual maintenance on two platinum split system heat pump. Changed out both filters. Checked all electrical components, verified temperature rise, and confirmed blower motor speeds. Washed down condenser coils per client request. Recommended installing safety switches to prevent potential flood damage. Installed one Jones valve to ensure proper drainage and reduce the risk of clogs; however, I did not have an additional Jones valve available to install the second one. System is operating within the proper range at this time.
