Not using this company. Will find someone trustworthy
Response from Hydes Air Conditioning:
We are so sorry that Frank had to deliver bad news and we will work on our delivery. We always strive to be better and we appreciate your review and take it very seriously. Thank you David.
Daniel and team were onsite at agreed time to install a new HVAC system. They completed installation and testing under the time expected. Couldn't be happier with my Hydes experience this week.
Once again, my interaction with my technician Jonathan Carrier was excellent. I cannot stress enough what great service he provides. I had an issue with a recent install and Jonathan handled it expertly and quickly.
Frank V. Is the best, he found a problem that could cause failure in the future
Christopher was very nice and answered all my questions. He has serviced my HVAC system before and does a great job.
Johnathon did a great job and up and running and communicated well about the issues with that needed replacing
Christopher was courteous and friendly, but most of all professional and very good at explaining his conclusions from the service call.
very thorough and helpfull did not get the estimate yet
Our service tech, Jonathan, was impressive. He certainly knows his HVAC systems. He’s also quite impressive in explaining how the system works to the layman.
We met, Chris said: he would have an answer for me within fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes later the condenser was running and the house was cooling down.
Response from Hydes Air Conditioning:
That's awesome, thank you!

2013/ 3 ton Performed a semi annual cooling service on American standard split system. Cleared condensation line and rinsed washable filter located within the furnace/garage upflow. Cycled equipment followed, cooling sequence of operation checked refrigerant/temperature checked capacitors, fan motor, compressor, hard start, amps and voltage. Secured and cleaned electrical connections at condenser and fuse box. Thermostat checked out OK. Rinsed condenser coil. Cooling equipment checked out operational at this visit.
Service Debrief Performed a semi-annual cooling service and system start-up. Verified the cooling sequence of operation and checked the temperature differential across the system. Thermostat functioned correctly, and all moving components were operating within manufacturer specifications. Prepared the equipment for final inspection. Verified that the breaker and fuses matched system requirements, and rewired the safety switch at the condensate pump to ensure proper functionality. Dropped off the permit and finalized preparations for the system’s final inspection. System is operational and functioning as expected at the time of this visit.
I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x20 filter. The system is a 2021 American Standard Condenser and Coil. I also installed customer supplied Google Nest Learning Thermostat and tested. I then flushed the condensate drain. I advised client about adding a hard start kit to the system. Client to advise. The system checked out operational at the time of the service.
